Shipping

We currently offer shipping services within Thailand only, and there are no associated shipping fees for standard delivery. Club 21 provides free standard delivery service, typically takes 3-7 business days.

If your shipping address is within Bangkok, you also have the option of choosing same-day delivery for orders placed before 16:00 (except for BAOBAO ISSEY MIYAKE, COMME des GARÇONS PLAY and rag & bone products, which will be delivered the following day). Please note that for same-day delivery, the customer is responsible for covering the delivery fee. Our service team will reach out to you to confirm and provide an approximate delivery cost before dispatching the product(s).

Club 21 reserves the right to change the delivery method without prior notice. In the case where customers choose Same Day Delivery to areas outside the service area.

Please be aware that we do not offer multiple shipping addresses for a single order. If you need to send items to multiple addresses, kindly place separate orders. Also, please note that if you order from more than one brand, you may receive multiple shipments to ensure the fastest delivery.

Shipment Tracking

Once we have shipped out your order, you will receive tracking number through through email ( Email Subject : Shipment Confirmation) to get the status of your shipment. If you do not receive your shipment or should you have any query, please contact Club 21 Services at Line: @Club21Services or 02-021-2121 between 10.00 am to 7.00 pm everyday.
